INLAND SOLAR CHALLENGE

The Inland Solar Challenge gathers high school students from across the Inland Empire to build 16-foot boats equipped with solar technology and compete against each other in several race competitions.  This three-day event, held at Yucaipa Regional Park, includes an endurance race, sprint races and an oral and visual water conservation report, all of which count toward the final points and determine the winner.
